The Pallet Pros Story:

Turning a Problem into a Business

For twenty years, I, Logan Merrick, poured my heart into pastoring, guiding people through life’s challenges, and serving my community. It was more than just a job—it was a calling. But life has a way of throwing unexpected twists, and when I lost my position, I found myself facing a hard reality. I had a family to provide for, bills to pay, and no clear path forward.

I needed to do something—and fast.

One day, as I drove around town, I started noticing something I had never really paid attention to before: pallets. They were everywhere—piled up behind businesses, cluttering alleys, and becoming an eyesore. At first, I didn’t think much of it. But as I kept seeing them, I started wondering, What happens to all these pallets?

Curious, I stopped by a few businesses and asked. What I discovered surprised me—many companies were struggling to get rid of their used pallets. At the same time, others desperately needed pallets for shipping and storage. There was a problem... and I had an opportunity to create a solution.

That’s when Pallet Pros was born.

What started with a few phone calls and a borrowed trailer quickly turned into something bigger. I began picking up unwanted pallets from businesses, fixing and sorting them, and selling them to companies that needed them. Word spread, and before long, I wasn’t just hauling pallets—I was running a full-fledged business.

Today, Pallet Pros is more than just a way to make a living; it’s a testament to the power of resilience, hard work, and seeing opportunity where others see waste. We’re here to help businesses clear space, provide quality pallets, and keep things moving—one pallet at a time.

Because sometimes, the path forward isn’t found in a job listing. It’s built—one pallet at a time.
